<b>俞永福将如何操刀生活服务板块的整合,目前还是未知数。</b>\n</blockquote>\n<p>曾是UC、高德、阿里大文娱“救火队长”的俞永福,又成为了要挽救阿里本地生活服务的奇兵。</p>\n<p>昨日,久未公开露面的俞永福为高德品牌升级站台。一切源于两周前阿里的一次组织架构大调整:高德、本地生活和飞猪,组成生活服务板块,由俞永福代表集团分管。</p>\n<p>再次前往一线“救火”,更加寓意着前方火海的焦灼——数据层面看,在相互厮杀了3年后,阿里本地生活与美团的差距越来越大。</p>\n<p>摆在俞永福面前的,还有几大业务在人员、组织架构、文化价值观等方面的融合,这不会是一件易事。</p>\n<p>当然外部的挑战更加严峻:老对手美团正在多个领域突飞猛进;字节跳动又被曝出即将进军外卖领域,<b>本地生活服务领域迎来了新的鲶鱼。</b></p>\n<p>如此这般,承载着“衣食住行”的高德,想要带领饿了么、口碑、飞猪承担起对标和狙击重任,艰难征程才刚刚开始。</p>\n<p><b>整合:能否更好协同?</b></p>\n<p>虽然阿里刚刚宣布生活服务板块的架构调整,但新浪科技发现,高德地图目前已经接入了飞猪、饿了么、口碑的相关服务。</p>\n<p>比如众多的线下药店,可以选择跳转饿了么买药;一些餐饮等生活服务相关的门店可以选择口碑的到店团购;酒店服务中,也接入了飞猪的预订功能。</p>\n<p>不过,饿了么的餐饮商家外卖功能还未接入。不知这是否与俞永福对高德“专注出门之后的生活服务场景”的定位有关。</p>\n<p>虽然高德与饿了么、口碑和飞猪的业务整合已经开始,但这只是整合的第一步。</p>\n<p>以此前饿了么与口碑的整合历程为例,就曾经历了艰难的过程:一方面,饿了么是阿里从外部收购而来,需要对饿了么的平台底层架构进行改造,以融入阿里的技术和产品体系;同时饿了么与口碑的融合难度更大,涉及到产品、技术、团队、文化等各个方面的整合问题。</p>\n<p>新浪科技此前曾报道,被阿里本地生活服务公司员工广为诟病的是,饿了么与口碑两边员工的职级和待遇存在较大的差异。</p>\n<p>一位内部员工吐槽,饿了么员工认为自身业务比口碑强瞧不起口碑,口碑员工觉得饿了么不是亲生的瞧不起饿了么,存在太多内耗。</p>\n<p>据悉,从2020年阿里本地生活服务公司的架构调整之后,这种状况才有所改观。阿里本地生活服务公司开始对新入职的员工统一标准,签订劳动合同的主体不再区分为饿了么和口碑。</p>\n<p><img referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"></p>\n<p>而此次阿里将高德与饿了么、口碑和飞猪组成生活服务板块,几大业务之间更是要再次经历新一轮的组织架构和文化融合挑战。阿里让俞永福负责这一板块的用意也在于此。俞永福此前曾成功将UC、高德整合进阿里体系,并在后来操盘了阿里大文娱的整合工作。</p>\n<p><b>俞永福将如何操刀生活服务板块的整合,目前还是未知数。</b></p>\n<p>另外,高德从地图平台升级为生活服务平台后,也面临着用户心智上的转变。用户此前对高德的认知就是一个导航工具,后来推出的打车业务也是与导航强相关。而订酒店、订门票、订餐饮等全新的功能,要让用户接受还需要一个长期的过程。</p>\n<p><b>摇摆:谁才是核心?</b></p>\n<p>自阿里本地生活服务公司成立以来,在战略上可谓经历了多次摇摆。</p>\n<p>原阿里本地生活服务公司总裁王磊本想先在外卖业务上打个翻身仗,没想到饿了么的市场份额却一降再降;内耗之下,口碑也踏步不前,被大众点评越甩越远。</p>\n<p>战略失利之下,2020年,阿里拉来了支付宝,由支付宝这个超级App牵头,整合饿了么、口碑、飞猪、淘票票等业务,全面对标美团。当年3月,支付宝App升级改版,强化生活服务心智,首页新增外卖到家、果蔬商超医药等便民生活版块。</p>\n<p>支付宝的导流效果还是十分明显的。但2020年底蚂蚁金服被暂缓上市,让支付宝自顾不暇,没有精力再为本地生活服务公司做嫁衣。</p>\n<p><img referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"></p>\n<p>求人不如求己。今年以来,本地生活服务公司将饿了么作为核心入口的意图明显,饿了么批量注册了“饿了么爆爆团”、“饿了团”、“饿好团”“饿了么拼团”等商标,这些商标均与团购业务相关。<b>有知情人士表示,口碑这个品牌或将被砍掉,整体业务迁移至饿了么。</b></p>\n<p>不过,此次阿里让高德董事长俞永福来统管生活服务板块,显然是想<b>让高德替代此前支付宝的角色,再次承担起整合众多业务对标美团的重任。</b></p>\n<p><b>为什么是高德?</b></p>\n<p>有业内人士认为,一方面,高德本身具有本地生活服务的基因。2014年俞永福接手高德时,高德的业务就包含了团购、代驾、保洁等O2O服务,为了聚焦出行需求,俞永福才将这些功能砍掉;</p>\n<p>另一方面,DAU超1亿的高德也在本地生活服务相关领域进行了尝试。比如在滴滴把持市场之下,高德打车通过聚合模式取得了不错的单量。再比如,2020年9月,高德上线涵盖“吃住行游购娱”的“高德指南”,连接了更多本地生活服务。</p>\n<p>以高德核心,整合饿了么、口碑和飞猪之后,阿里在本地生活服务板块的业务也涵盖了餐饮外卖、到店酒旅、以及包括打车在内的其它业务,与美团的业务形成完全对标。</p>\n<p>只不过,刚刚在与口碑的融合中成为本地生活服务用户心智入口的饿了么,又该如何处理与高德的关系?这对新任的阿里本地生活服务公司总裁李永和和高德总裁俞永福,都是个挑战。</p>\n<p>就目前而言,不只是饿了么的外卖服务暂未接入高德,便利店、花店等购买服务也仍未接入;口碑的到店团购服务也只是接入了部分餐饮门店,双方还需要更深入的融合。</p>\n<p><b>互博:如何保持开放?</b></p>\n<p>阿里在本地生活服务领域频繁换阵,美团也是枕戈待旦。</p>\n<p>至少从外卖领域来看,阿里的反击未有明显成效。Trustdata发布的报告显示,2020年Q1美团外卖交易额占比为67.3%,饿了么为26.9%,饿了么星选为4%。也即是饿了么+饿了么星选的市场份额也仅为30.9%,不到美团外卖的一半。</p>\n<p>在俞永福强调的“出门之后的生活服务场景”,大众点评虽然在用户心智上占据优势,但并未像美团外卖那样把持主要的市场份额,高德基于位置信息的优势,也有望争夺众多品类的海量商户。</p>\n<p>不过值得注意的是,俞永福对高德在生活服务上的定位是开放平台,“做好出门服务,不能只靠高德自己。”他说。</p>\n<p>这个策略在打车业务上得到了验证。截止2021年7月,高德打车聚合平台合作的网约车平台已经超过100家。不过这个定位成功与阿里和高德没有自营网约车运力有关,在餐饮、酒旅上,这个策略还有待验证。</p>\n<p>以酒店预订为例,除了飞猪,高德还接入了艺龙、携程等OTA平台的预定功能,而他们均是飞猪的直接竞争对手。更尴尬的是,在一家如家快捷酒店的预订页面,新浪科技发现同一房型其它平台的价格甚至比飞猪还便宜;再以门票预订为例,天坛公园景点高德接入的是携程的服务,那么高德又将如何平衡为合作伙伴导流和自家飞猪的业务增长之间的关系?</p>\n<p>以餐饮为例,有的餐饮门店高德还未接入口碑的团购和评价服务,而是接入了大众点评的评价。将来高德与饿了么和口碑深入融合之后,又该如何维系与大众点评等合作伙伴的关系?</p>\n<p>毫无疑问,当阿里生活服务板块的几大业务逐步整合和协同之后,<b>高德平台的开放性将面临严峻挑战。</b></p>\n<p>另外一个变局是,在阿里和美团这两大老对手对决之外,<b>本地生活服务领域又出现了新的搅局者。</b>字节跳动是其中既野心勃勃、又拥有众多资源支撑的重要角色。</p>\n<p><img Link</a>\n\n</div>\n\n\n</article>\n</div>\n</body>\n</html>\n","type":0,"thumbnail":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/e1238455e09ac8d1135014cb37eb0f4d","relate_stocks":{},"source_url":"https://mp.weixin.qq.com/s/_c5TL9CF_jl3716eSuFLxw","is_english":false,"share_image_url":"https://static.laohu8.com/e9f99090a1c2ed51c021029395664489","article_id":"1129823679","content_text":"俞永福将如何操刀生活服务板块的整合,目前还是未知数。\n\n曾是UC、高德、阿里大文娱“救火队长”的俞永福,又成为了要挽救阿里本地生活服务的奇兵。\n昨日,久未公开露面的俞永福为高德品牌升级站台。一切源于两周前阿里的一次组织架构大调整:高德、本地生活和飞猪,组成生活服务板块,由俞永福代表集团分管。\n再次前往一线“救火”,更加寓意着前方火海的焦灼——数据层面看,在相互厮杀了3年后,阿里本地生活与美团的差距越来越大。\n摆在俞永福面前的,还有几大业务在人员、组织架构、文化价值观等方面的融合,这不会是一件易事。\n当然外部的挑战更加严峻:老对手美团正在多个领域突飞猛进;字节跳动又被曝出即将进军外卖领域,本地生活服务领域迎来了新的鲶鱼。\n如此这般,承载着“衣食住行”的高德,想要带领饿了么、口碑、飞猪承担起对标和狙击重任,艰难征程才刚刚开始。\n整合:能否更好协同?\n虽然阿里刚刚宣布生活服务板块的架构调整,但新浪科技发现,高德地图目前已经接入了飞猪、饿了么、口碑的相关服务。\n比如众多的线下药店,可以选择跳转饿了么买药;一些餐饮等生活服务相关的门店可以选择口碑的到店团购;酒店服务中,也接入了飞猪的预订功能。\n不过,饿了么的餐饮商家外卖功能还未接入。不知这是否与俞永福对高德“专注出门之后的生活服务场景”的定位有关。\n虽然高德与饿了么、口碑和飞猪的业务整合已经开始,但这只是整合的第一步。\n以此前饿了么与口碑的整合历程为例,就曾经历了艰难的过程:一方面,饿了么是阿里从外部收购而来,需要对饿了么的平台底层架构进行改造,以融入阿里的技术和产品体系;同时饿了么与口碑的融合难度更大,涉及到产品、技术、团队、文化等各个方面的整合问题。\n新浪科技此前曾报道,被阿里本地生活服务公司员工广为诟病的是,饿了么与口碑两边员工的职级和待遇存在较大的差异。\n一位内部员工吐槽,饿了么员工认为自身业务比口碑强瞧不起口碑,口碑员工觉得饿了么不是亲生的瞧不起饿了么,存在太多内耗。\n据悉,从2020年阿里本地生活服务公司的架构调整之后,这种状况才有所改观。阿里本地生活服务公司开始对新入职的员工统一标准,签订劳动合同的主体不再区分为饿了么和口碑。\n\n而此次阿里将高德与饿了么、口碑和飞猪组成生活服务板块,几大业务之间更是要再次经历新一轮的组织架构和文化融合挑战。阿里让俞永福负责这一板块的用意也在于此。俞永福此前曾成功将UC、高德整合进阿里体系,并在后来操盘了阿里大文娱的整合工作。\n俞永福将如何操刀生活服务板块的整合,目前还是未知数。\n另外,高德从地图平台升级为生活服务平台后,也面临着用户心智上的转变。用户此前对高德的认知就是一个导航工具,后来推出的打车业务也是与导航强相关。而订酒店、订门票、订餐饮等全新的功能,要让用户接受还需要一个长期的过程。\n摇摆:谁才是核心?\n自阿里本地生活服务公司成立以来,在战略上可谓经历了多次摇摆。\n原阿里本地生活服务公司总裁王磊本想先在外卖业务上打个翻身仗,没想到饿了么的市场份额却一降再降;内耗之下,口碑也踏步不前,被大众点评越甩越远。\n战略失利之下,2020年,阿里拉来了支付宝,由支付宝这个超级App牵头,整合饿了么、口碑、飞猪、淘票票等业务,全面对标美团。当年3月,支付宝App升级改版,强化生活服务心智,首页新增外卖到家、果蔬商超医药等便民生活版块。\n支付宝的导流效果还是十分明显的。但2020年底蚂蚁金服被暂缓上市,让支付宝自顾不暇,没有精力再为本地生活服务公司做嫁衣。\n\n求人不如求己。今年以来,本地生活服务公司将饿了么作为核心入口的意图明显,饿了么批量注册了“饿了么爆爆团”、“饿了团”、“饿好团”“饿了么拼团”等商标,这些商标均与团购业务相关。有知情人士表示,口碑这个品牌或将被砍掉,整体业务迁移至饿了么。\n不过,此次阿里让高德董事长俞永福来统管生活服务板块,显然是想让高德替代此前支付宝的角色,再次承担起整合众多业务对标美团的重任。\n为什么是高德?\n有业内人士认为,一方面,高德本身具有本地生活服务的基因。2014年俞永福接手高德时,高德的业务就包含了团购、代驾、保洁等O2O服务,为了聚焦出行需求,俞永福才将这些功能砍掉;\n另一方面,DAU超1亿的高德也在本地生活服务相关领域进行了尝试。比如在滴滴把持市场之下,高德打车通过聚合模式取得了不错的单量。再比如,2020年9月,高德上线涵盖“吃住行游购娱”的“高德指南”,连接了更多本地生活服务。\n以高德核心,整合饿了么、口碑和飞猪之后,阿里在本地生活服务板块的业务也涵盖了餐饮外卖、到店酒旅、以及包括打车在内的其它业务,与美团的业务形成完全对标。\n只不过,刚刚在与口碑的融合中成为本地生活服务用户心智入口的饿了么,又该如何处理与高德的关系?这对新任的阿里本地生活服务公司总裁李永和和高德总裁俞永福,都是个挑战。\n就目前而言,不只是饿了么的外卖服务暂未接入高德,便利店、花店等购买服务也仍未接入;口碑的到店团购服务也只是接入了部分餐饮门店,双方还需要更深入的融合。\n互博:如何保持开放?\n阿里在本地生活服务领域频繁换阵,美团也是枕戈待旦。\n至少从外卖领域来看,阿里的反击未有明显成效。Trustdata发布的报告显示,2020年Q1美团外卖交易额占比为67.3%,饿了么为26.9%,饿了么星选为4%。也即是饿了么+饿了么星选的市场份额也仅为30.9%,不到美团外卖的一半。\n在俞永福强调的“出门之后的生活服务场景”,大众点评虽然在用户心智上占据优势,但并未像美团外卖那样把持主要的市场份额,高德基于位置信息的优势,也有望争夺众多品类的海量商户。\n不过值得注意的是,俞永福对高德在生活服务上的定位是开放平台,“做好出门服务,不能只靠高德自己。”他说。\n这个策略在打车业务上得到了验证。截止2021年7月,高德打车聚合平台合作的网约车平台已经超过100家。不过这个定位成功与阿里和高德没有自营网约车运力有关,在餐饮、酒旅上,这个策略还有待验证。\n以酒店预订为例,除了飞猪,高德还接入了艺龙、携程等OTA平台的预定功能,而他们均是飞猪的直接竞争对手。更尴尬的是,在一家如家快捷酒店的预订页面,新浪科技发现同一房型其它平台的价格甚至比飞猪还便宜;再以门票预订为例,天坛公园景点高德接入的是携程的服务,那么高德又将如何平衡为合作伙伴导流和自家飞猪的业务增长之间的关系?\n以餐饮为例,有的餐饮门店高德还未接入口碑的团购和评价服务,而是接入了大众点评的评价。将来高德与饿了么和口碑深入融合之后,又该如何维系与大众点评等合作伙伴的关系?\n毫无疑问,当阿里生活服务板块的几大业务逐步整合和协同之后,高德平台的开放性将面临严峻挑战。\n另外一个变局是,在阿里和美团这两大老对手对决之外,本地生活服务领域又出现了新的搅局者。字节跳动是其中既野心勃勃、又拥有众多资源支撑的重要角色。\n\n今年初,抖音在多个城市上线了“优惠团购”功能,该功能已经涵盖餐饮美食、旅游住宿和休闲玩乐三大品类;近日还有消息称,抖音成立了“心动外卖”外卖业务团队,并在抖音App内开始了内测功能。\n在内外重重挑战之下,高德领衔在本地生活服务上对决美团,胜算仍旧不算太高。更重要的是,打败美团的可能不会是另一个“美团”,阿里在生活服务板块上,需要更多差异化的竞争,刚刚肩挑重任的俞永福,要给出自己的答案。","news_type":1,"symbols_score_info":{"03690":0.9}},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":1974,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"CN","totalScore":0},{"id":145516919,"gmtCreate":1626229740431,"gmtModify":1626229740431,"author":{"id":"3578877435409144","authorId":"3578877435409144","name":"cplasftens","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/06a2f71f5cb06879ed767af1721564cc","crmLevel":3,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3578877435409144","authorIdStr":"3578877435409144"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"<a
