价格与投行建议的价格区间上下限的对比，使用发行价格/区间下限作为衡量新股定价高低的关键指标。</p>\n<p>该研报发现，相比于旧规，新股的定价中枢显著上行，旧规下，这个比值在 24%~57%，新规下，比值上升至 49%~109%<b>，由于 IPO 价格的上行，近期新股的上市表现比较疲软，甚至出现了首日破发的新股。</b></p>\n<p>日前，<a
