Clearwater was founded to develop a SaaS platform to simplify investment accounting and analysis for asset managers, insurance companies and large corporations.</p>\n<p>Management is headed by Chief Executive Officer Sandeep Sahai, who has been with the firm since September 2016 and was previously CEO of Solmark, an investment partnership.</p>\n<p>The company’s primary offerings
