  $Raffles Edu(NR7.SG)$ Time to buy at 30% discount. Raffles Education is not tuition centres, they are institutions. Having said that, we should view our investments holistically & don't expect incredible returns. Investing is eduction should be non profitable for a greater good. My investment is still negative returns but I like to think there are already positive intangible returns.
