现在不光蔬菜，猪肉涨价，居然连烟都要涨价了！前几天在全国控烟学术研讨会上，有专家说为了实现2030年成人的吸烟率下降到20%的控烟目标，烟的价格需要涨到平均每包59块。现在的价格是平均16块，还有43块钱的上涨空间。而且专家也列出了一些相关数据，首先我国不仅是最大的烟草生产国，同时也是最大的消费国，烟草的消费量世界第一，占比44%。烟民的数量超过了3亿，而且还有7.4亿人受二手烟的危害，同时有大约四分之一的癌症死亡是与吸烟相关的。那相应的，抽烟带来的疾病就会增加国家的医疗支出负担。所以为了降低吸烟率，16年国家就提出了“健康中国2030”目标，里面最首要的就是控烟目标，把成人的吸烟率下降到20%。要知道我国的吸烟率从84年的33.9%下降到18年的26.6%，可是足足花了34年，但最近几年呢吸烟率却有不降反升的趋势，如果后期再不采取其他措施的话，等于前面四五年的工作就都浪费掉了，从会议的讨论结果来看，到2030年每包烟的平均价格可能要从现在的16块钱一包提高到59块钱，除此之外还有一些非价格的控烟措施，比如室内不准抽烟，理发监督保障等等，还有以后烟盒可能要参考国外那种非常“露骨的”方式。最后给提醒一下大家，国外机构做了戒烟年龄和肺癌风险的研究，结论是哪怕你现在是60岁的烟民，从现在开始戒烟，得肺癌的风险也会大大降低，都说抽烟难借，但为了自己和家人的身体健康还是早戒早好。$陕西金叶(000812)$ $劲嘉股份(002191)$
