  $Faraday Future(FFIE)$ 投资者关系一直忽悠股东说避免出现方案一通过方案二通不过的情形，不懂的还以为是在维护股东的利益，其实是在误导大家，方案一有超级投票权通过是大概率的，方案二可没有超级投票权，方案一通过方案二通不过结果是只能合股不能增发，有的股东怕了就方案二投赞成票，其实是被挖坑了，坚决投反对票，如果增发通过就会二级市场拼命抛售，一股都不能增发
