Agency staff have warned corporate lawyers that it may take up to 30 days to review paperwork for SPACs, with an additional two weeks tacked on for any changes or amendments.</p>\n<p>For traditional IPOs, the wait could be even longer.</p>\n<p>A listing for Robinhood could still arrive this summer,Bloombergsaid.
