href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/IBOC\">国际银行</a>（配置盘）的外资在这两日的流出/入金额并不算多。\n截止7月15日，7月外资累计净流入55.3亿元，低于前6个月的月均流入规模，甚至低于市场行情较差的3月份。结构上来看，托管于国际银行的配置型外资作为加仓A股的主要力量，7月以来却首次出现净流出。我们在7.4的《科创“小巨人”震荡正是布局时——A股策略月报》中明确指出三季度是化解存量风险的窗口期、市场风险偏好波动加剧，而外资对A股市场三季度的走势有所不确定、风险偏好剧烈变化，这或许能在一定程度上解释为何会出现外资在连续两天内出现外资净流出、净流入均破百亿元的现象。\n从行业角度来看，外资当前对A股的行业轮动方向也产生了分歧。以北上配置盘为例，7月14日，国际银行净卖出7.2亿元的电新股，而时隔一日，它又重新净流入电新行业11.4亿元，这或许意味着以“海外长钱”著称的配置型外资也在电新行业的高景气和高估值中“犹豫”。但值得一提的是，配置盘连续净流入电子、通信和计算机行业。以北上交易盘为例，交易型外资的波动相对更大，其针对大部分行业的交易方向在一天内则出现了转向，例如，7月14日，交易盘卖出近19亿元的银行股，第二天又重新买回14亿。\n外资内部的对于行业配置的分歧同样可以解释交易方向剧烈波动的原因。交易型外资加仓有色和化工等周期行业，而北上配置盘对周期板块“兴趣不大”，其中，有关电新行业的分歧最为明显，7月，北上配置盘净买入22.4亿元的电新股，而交易盘7月却已抛售37.3亿元的电新股。但是，不同类型的外资对于计算机和通信有相当明显的加仓共识。\n化工：<a
