《Follow Up》10月20日于31.26元荐买金山软件（3888），荐后最高34.8元，升11％，昨收32.20元，较荐前升3%，落后同期恒指的7%升幅。

今年以来，金山软件股价跌4%，今年预测PE 24.4倍、PB 1.59倍，金蝶国际（268）大升78%，今年预测PE 387倍、PB 6.02倍。金山软件具追落后条件；目标重温：47.5元，48%升幅在后头。

中国乘用车市场信息联席会秘书长崔东树昨发文指，2025年乘用车行业促销与降级均回归理性，市场秩序明显改善。今年首十月，没有直接降车型，内卷明显减少。

较早前，摩通指，内地汽车销售内卷料有好转， $中升控股(00881)$ （市值289亿元）是国内反内卷政策的最大得益者之一。

1️⃣ 龙头汽车销售商中升，8月28日公布中期盈利大跌，但股价在4日内不跌反升，由15.25元冲上18.73元，昨（12日）收12.19元，6星期内高位急跌3成半，大超卖。

2️⃣ 2025财年（12月年结）上半年，中升营收773亿元人币，按年跌6.2% ；半年纯利10.11亿元人币，按年大跌36%。券商料下半年内卷情况会有改善，彭博综合券商预测，全年可赚27.73亿元人币（EPS 1.16元人币），只跌14%。预测PE 9.6倍、PB 0.56倍。过去7年，平均PE 13.9倍、PB 1.80倍。

🔍 PB 特别吸引

中升的PE未必算低，但PB则特别吸引。毕竟是业内龙头，股价只及NAV的55%，大平卖。

3️⃣ 中升估值较同业亦颇具吸引。以下是同业今年预测估值比拼：

· 中升（881）：PE 9.6倍、PB 0.56倍；

· 途虎养车（9690）：PE 20.6倍、PB 2.42倍；

· 喜相逢（2473）：PE 366倍（以过去12个月盈利计）、PB 14.98倍；

· 美东汽车（1268）：负PE、PB 1.13倍；

· Sonic Automotive（美：SAH）：PE 9.3倍、PB 2.07倍；

· Nextage（日：3186）：PE 16.9倍、PB 2.44倍；

· USS Co （日：4732）：PE 19.8倍、PB 3.91倍；

. Eagers Automotive（澳：APE）：PE 31.7倍、PB 4.94倍。

4️⃣ 今年6月底，中升净借贷 / 股东资金总额比率18%，财政稳健。
