$DBS GROUP HOLDINGS LTD(D05.SI)$ $O39.SI $U11.SI $Z94.SI $C52.SI

SGX Inst Buy & Sell, Week of Jan 10, 2022

My observations-

a). Institutional Investors, aka BBs, doubled their buying efforts this week, particularly on the leading STI components: OCBC, DBS, UOB, Singtel and so on.

b). On the other hand, Retail Investors, RIs, were the selling counterparties…seemed to continue to sell and got more cash back.

c). Still, RIs kept accumulating some of the recovery, value and REITS counters while BBs sold them: CDG, ThaiBev, Venture, STE, CICT, MLT, MINT and so on.

d). Seems to me, BBs are sticking to the macro trends, while RIs are starting the year more cautiously and tactically.
