The latest retreats in SHOP’s stock price have been largely due to SNAP and FB, some may argue other reasons but it is very unlike SHOP to sell off prior to earnings. If the street punishes SHOP on earnings day I will continue to accumulate shares. I own shares in both companies and have been here since last August. Two questions that I can't get out of my own head. Will the FDA grant an EUA for a drug that could have an injunction placed on it because of IP litigation? I know that many have said several times that the FDA doesn't care about this stuff and that they will approve based only on the clinical trial success of the drug. I very much hope that is true. It seems a bit naive to me, but I will be so glad to be wrong. The second question that I cannot stop wondering about. Why would they grant and EUA before the NIH trial is fully enrolled?
