  $中通快递(ZTO)$#你能接受宠物盲盒吗# 5月3日晚，成都市区出现一辆装满160余只猫狗的货运车，车辆为中通快递所有。现场救助的义工向蓝鲸记者表示，这些猫狗发货地是成都三联花鸟市场，商家以售卖盲盒的名义将活体宠物快递至买家方。记者查询到部分电商平台也有#宠物盲盒#售卖行为。为了吸引客户，此类商家打着可能开出高价值的品种猫狗的噱头，实际上进行非品种宠物的售卖，有些甚至是病猫病狗，在运输途中死亡风险性极大。《邮政法实施细则》第33条明确规定禁止寄递各种活的动物；《快递暂行条例》也明确规定，快递业务企业发现寄件人交寄禁止寄递的物品，应该拒绝收寄。目前，成都动检局已将被救助动物依法安置。
