I've tried it once, and the texture just doesn’t have that meaty, chewy bite—it kinda feels like eating bean dregs, kind of like bland spicy gluten. There’s definitely room to improve. Usually, healthy stuff just doesn’t taste that great, so I’d suggest adding more flavors, like five-spice or pepper, maybe even pair it with a special sauce to make it taste better. As for the cost being higher than meat, that’s probably a supply chain issue—like with spicy gluten snacks.
