      After the mixed trading results in the US markets, let's see if STI can surprise us today with another strong rally!  I am curious on the outcome of the trading halt called for $MAPLETREE COMMERCIAL TRUST(N2IU.SI)$ and $MAPLETREE NORTH ASIA COMM TR(RW0U.SI)$ .  There is talk on merging the 2 REITs but let's see what happens today.

      The S&P500 closed a notch down to 4786 from 4791 yesterday.  It was a 0.1% decrease. Still the S&P500 has shot up 27% this year!  Investors are waiting to see what actions the governments around the world are taking  to curb the Omicron spread. In the US, Fauci has shortened the quarantine period for Omicron from 10 to 5 days to get the workers back to work sooner.  Come on Santa!  Let's get the Santa Rally going! 🎅🎅🎅🚀🚀🚀🌙🌙🌙
