文 | 电厂,作者 | 花子健,编辑 | 高宇雷 在与奔驰达成独家定点合作、扭亏为盈以及机器人对激光雷达需求快速增长的刺激下,中国激光雷达公司禾赛的股价在过去4个月最高上涨了5倍之多。 但自从3月18日做空机构Blue Orca发布一份针对禾赛的做空报告以来,截至3月25日的交易日,禾赛的股价累计跌幅将近12%。 在这份做空报告中,Blue Orca的关注点主要集中在三个方面:一是禾赛财务数据存在矛盾;二是禾赛与奔驰并非独家合作;三是禾赛的毛利率异常。 针对这些指控,禾赛回应称:“公司始终秉持严格的商业道德标准与合规要求。强烈反对Blue Orca Capital报告中的指控,并认为其毫无依据。” Blue Orca以成功做空港股上市公司新秀丽(Samsonite)而一战成名。他们也曾试图做空飞鹤乳业、名创优品、安踏和拼多多等中国企业,但收效甚微。 禾赛成立于2014年11月,激光雷达产品广泛应用于支持高级辅助驾驶系统的乘用车和商用车、自动驾驶汽车,以及无人配送车、AGV(自主移动小车)。2023年2月,禾赛在美国纳斯达克成功上市,是中国“激光雷达第一股”。 最新财报显示,禾赛2024年的营收为20.8亿元,同比增长了10.7%,Non-GAAP净利润首次转正至1370万元,实现扭亏为盈。其中,禾赛去年第四季度的营收7.2亿元,Non-GAAP净利润为1.7亿元。 2024年,禾赛总共交付了50.19万台激光雷达,同比增长126%,其中包括面向ADAS量产领域交付的45.64万台激光雷达,同比增长134%。 Blue Orca认为,禾赛的盈利源自于通用汽车旗下自动驾驶公司Cruise一次性支付的2000万美元合同终止费,但禾赛并非在财报中披露这一笔费用,这笔合同终止费和禾赛在2024年第四季度1.47亿元的净利润相当。如果剔除这笔费用,禾赛只能勉强盈亏平衡。此外,禾赛也没有
