href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/GSX\">跟谁学</a>”）刚披露的一季报中，业绩经历了双杀，不仅净利润由同期的盈利1.48亿元变为亏损14亿元，付费课程学员数也出现不同程度下滑。所以当日盘前直接大跌12%，股价创下16.13美元的新低。要知道，去年其股价到过150美金。</p><p>与此同时，<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/KRKR\">36氪</a>还独家了解到，字节跳动旗下的教育业务近几周频繁召开高层会，教育业务即将进行大范围架构调整。一位知情人士对36氪称，接下来就是裁员。</p><p>虽然事出突然，但并非无迹可寻。近几个月教育行业监管趋严，日前曾流传出「教培机构不许上市」的言论。如果传言为真，<b>教育业务则将成为未来拖累字节跳动上市的累赘</b>。</p><p>此外，据脉脉用户爆料：“作业帮裁员”，“<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/NTES\">网易</a>有道要裁员了，果然k12公司都逃不过一劫”；同时36氪从一位行业人士处了解到：镇江学而思被通知暂停招聘动作，南京学而思对大四全职招聘已暂停，对外口径为“已招满”，目前只招聘暑期兼职。</p><p>“<b>按照目前的情况，今年暑期全行业岗位裁减可能会超过10万个。</b>”一位在线教育公司的高管告诉36氪。</p><p><b>这个在2020年风头无二的行业，直接从爆发期进入了生死转折点。</b></p><p>本周一，一张「假期不许开课」、「培训机构不上市」、「不许打广告」的截图在业内流传。当天中概股集体下跌，一天内中概股教育头部企业总计蒸发近79亿美元，折合人民币509亿元。</p><p>二级市场股价的萎靡不振也传递到一级市场，多位投资人对36氪重申了“暂时要规避这个行业，这次比较不一样”。另一位知名投资人更是直接放弃了已准备投资的教育项目，该项目营收过10亿。</p><p>值得一提的是，也有某家教育公司，虽然此前经历过国内资本市场尝试，但最近也临时突然叫停了所有IPO宣发，只希望秘密递交招股书。“以前是有多大声恨不得全喊出来，现在是能多低调就多低调。”一位基金人士告诉36氪。</p><p><img referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"></p><p>之前传言</p><p>虽然海淀区教委立即辟谣「暑期不许开课」消息不实，但「在线教育裁员潮」话题已经开始在脉脉上发酵。</p><p><b>在这一轮监管风暴之下，没有企业能幸免。</b></p><p>从今年年初开始，「广告合规问题」打响了在线教育行业强监管的第一枪，紧接着「双减趋紧」、「预收费问题」、「教师资质问题」等监察轮番来袭。</p><p>如果说上述监管主要是让行业走向「合规」与「合法」，那「不许上市」、「不许投广告」这两则传言则将让在线教育行业迅速收缩。</p><p><b>最直接带来的就是资本停止投资，企业裁员求生。</b>当一波接一波的监管落地、行业前途面临着极大的不确定性之际，资本会立即停止投资，甚至撤资止损。同时又由于在线教育尚处于新兴阶段，市场尚在高速发展期，各家企业在过去几年都是亏损状态。</p><p>一旦融资和上市通道关闭，企业没有新的现金流，裁员是必然选择。“算一笔账的话，假设一个头部公司为暑假储备一万个辅导老师，人均工资 8000 的话带上五险一金之类的，这个公司一个月付出的人力成本就是一个多亿。<b>没有融资、监管收紧的前提下，没人敢这么花钱，不然就是整个公司一起垮掉。</b>”一位教育行业的投资人告诉36氪。</p><p>据36氪了解到，<b>在线教育行业的广告内容和渠道规模都在日渐缩紧</b>：今年2月，在线教育的品牌广告陆续从央视消失；日前分众等渠道也停止了教育行业的品牌投放。种种表现，与「三不传言」中的「不许打广告」吻合。</p><p>一位在线教育从业者告诉36氪：“外部渠道缩紧是一方面，目前还能投的渠道里的物料也非常谨慎。不让宣传老师了，名师这些词都不能用，方案全部大改，写新方案的时候还要互相提醒：你今天写的东西犯（广告）法了吗？GR、法务、PR轮流把物料审好几遍，就这样还是不太敢投，害怕被罚。”</p><p>由于在线教育公司没有线下门店，招生的主渠道为广告投放，<b>广告停投意味着核心拉新渠道消失，直接导致各家公司为暑期储备的老师需要大面积裁撤。</b></p><p>教育行业辅导老师的招培期为2-3个月，所以企业会提前储备老师，校招会更早进行，通常五月底就完成旺季的招聘目标。广告停投之后，收缩规模、裁撤储备的暑期老师首当其冲。</p><p>“虽然企业也会做一些运营动作，比如老带新啊裂变啊，但是都没这么快能把用户量做起来，从活下去的角度来看，肯定是先裁员节省成本，不然就是整个公司全部覆灭。<b>这个暑假过去，大公司能不能活不一定，但在线教育行业应该就没有小公司了，小公司熬不过去的</b>。”一位教育行业的投资人告诉36氪。</p><p>“如果裁员发生，重灾区会是应届生。”行业人士告诉36氪：“各家（在线教育公司）的辅导老师基地都设在武汉、西安、长沙这种高校密集的城市嘛，去年疫情爆发之后，应届生不太好找工作，所以各家每年都在大批量招应届生，所以裁（员）起来的话，应届生被收回的offer应该最多。”</p><p>「靴子」还未落地，一切尚待观察。只是从行业各家的动作来看，在线教育行业已经到了生死转折点，每一家都急需缩小规模、以换取更长的喘息时间、等待政策明朗的那一天。</p><p>一周前，据「Tech星球」报道：VIPKID多项业务收缩或关停，大规模业务调整涉及到的裁员比例高达50%。</p><p><b>那个时候，行业还在为VIPKID调头慢而叹惋。没有人预料到，原来这是在线教育行业裁员潮的「开幕式」</b>。</p>","source":"36k","collect":0,"html":"<!DOCTYPE 8000
