美团搭建的整套体系哪里是想奇袭就能奇袭的,像我用了美团十几年,不能说是忠实粉丝,但人的行为习惯模式已经在美团构建的体系里养成了,就不太会轻易去更改。还有最简单的就评论这一点,人家美团靠这么多年日积月累一点点攒下来的客户反馈,高德也搬不走。同样一家店,美团点评已经两万多,高德这里才一百多条,这都是无形的资源。

href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/03690\">美团</a>,阿里有新打算</strong></p><p>今年7月以来,多位高德产品派驻到杭州全球总部,“网传的消息夸张了,没有专门封闭一个楼,但确实在西溪园区C4号楼单独开辟了一块空间,做相关新产品的研发”。</p><p>简单来说,高德扫街榜基于用户真实导航行为生成榜单(如“景点榜”“酒店榜”“美食榜”),打开扫街榜,用户会看到对应不同类型行为的排行榜,有体现远距离专程前往的“轮胎磨损榜”,有体现多次前往的“回头客榜”,还有本地人爱去、城市特色体验、高分烟火小店等多类排名,每个分类都会根据动态数据每日更新。</p><p><img src=\"https://x0.ifengimg.com/res/2025/859E2F320139147873165A136C065F4EF4DCE170_size743_w1080_h1126.png\"/></p><p>其核心优势在于数据真实性——导航行为难以刷单,避免了传统点评平台的虚假营销问题。</p><p>今年7月,曾有媒体报道,网络水军充斥本地生活类平台。正观新闻记者在某项体验中发现,无需体验,不用探店,但是用户可以根据商家提供的图片和注意事项,编撰出真实体验后的笔记,并获得相应的报酬。</p><p>据接近阿里集团人士表述,高德指南业务的回归被集团上下寄予厚望,认为其具有基于导航行为的动态热力数据优势,在点评领域更具竞争力,“可以通过真实的出行数据,一定程度上避免刷单行为”。</p><p>然而对抗网络水军,从不是简单的工程,据大众点评发布的《2024评价透明度报告》,一个评价是否真实,甚至要过AI+人工四道防线。仅2024年,大众点评通过逐一审核,处置违规评价超2000万条;组建“商户治理团队”,处罚超6万家违规商户。</p><p>颇为巧合的是,就在9月10日早间,大众点评宣布“重启”品质外卖服务,将通过B端自研大模型,结合海量真实评价数据分析用户需求,进一步剔除非真实点评数据,以“AI+真实高分”为用户提供可靠决策。</p><p>不过,前述知情人士告诉凤凰网科技,此次阿里似有“势在必行”的决心,将在商户端做更进一步的渗透,并拿出更具竞争实力的手段,“不排除未来与饿了么、淘宝闪购打通,可以理解为这就是阿里目前首推的到店业务”。</p><p><img src=\"https://x0.ifengimg.com/res/2025/A9B5648B057EE2D8E9DCEE24F77B89197FE79AC8_size18_w1080_h140.png\"/></p><p><strong>做好了开战准备</strong></p><p>今年以来,阿里毫无疑问已向美团全面开战。</p><p>在正面战场上,有淘宝闪购、饿了么在外卖市场厮杀,侧面还有飞猪在酒旅领域牵制,唯独在到店层面,阿里一直欠缺一个得当的抓手。</p><p>“如果单看高德指南业务,或许没那么性感,但如果放在整个阿里集团的协同效应上,这个价值就大得多”,有行业人士评价称,“或许阿里高层看的更加遥远一些”。</p><p>这样的集团化作战水平,最新一个成功案例就在眼前。</p><p>在到家层面,本处劣势的淘宝闪购与饿了么完成了绝地反击,起初饿了么的市场份额确与美团相差悬殊,但仅仅4个月的突袭,就让淘宝闪购迅速达成最高1.2亿的订单峰值,月度交易买家数突破3亿,较4月直接增长200%。</p><p>高德也有相似的使命与境遇,其仅耗时2个月,就闪电打起了复活赛,“只能说有阿里高层的加持”,一位知情人士告诉凤凰网科技,早先淘宝闪购能迅速推进,同样是得到了高层的认可。考虑到高德指南业务能与集团产生各种协同效应,因此将会获得集团的大力扶持。</p><p><img href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/SBAY\">数百亿</a>元量级。</p><p>其与集团的协同效应,也值得观望。</p><p><a src=\"https://x0.ifengimg.com/res/2025/5CB5590C8AE0D6A5B4D8DF59A65A4196C42D4BED_size18_w1080_h140.png\"/></p><p><strong>为什么要做“大众点评”?</strong></p><p>2003年上线的大众点评,是中国最早的第三方消费点评网站。其面世甚至比美团还早了7年。</p><p>2015年,美团与大众点评合并,后者此后就颇为低调。在用户活跃度上,其也开始远不及美团App。</p><p>2024年初,美团进一步整合到店与到家两大块业务统一为核心本地商业,负责人为王莆中。据晚点报道,此后二者数据开始打通,并形成业务联动,当大众点评和美团外卖的地推人员一起去和商家谈合作时,外卖的规模效益明显,到店也更有可能谈到更好的团购套餐合作方案。</p><p>不止如此,《晚点LatePost》在2023年曾报道,大众点评不能随便转型,因为太赚钱,当时大众点评一年为美团带去超百亿元收入,而外卖业务利润微薄,到店是重要的利润来源,其中大众点评又贡献了近三分之一。</p><p>就在那时,即便在小红书、抖音等其他内容平台的挤压下,大众点评的活跃度已经大不如前,但其依旧是美团的现金流之一。</p><p><img
